So often when companies grow to scale they find ways to simplify the process to increase production and profitability, but not Patrón. Even though they are one of the biggest tequila producers in the world they continue to grow, harvest, hand-chop and bake in small stone ovens all on site at the Patrón Hacienda. We were lucky enough to experience the process from start to finish and we were blown away by the craftsmanship and labour that goes into every bottle.
